What happens if I haven't received the confirmation email?

Can I cancel or modify the components of my order?

Please note that once the order has been processed, no changes can be made to it .

I haven't received my order, what could have happened?

There are two main reasons why you may not have received your order:

Incorrect address: We recommend you check if the address provided is correct. If it isn't, the shipping agency will contact you if there is a delivery failure, and you can manage any arrangements directly with them. You can also contact them by phone or through their website.

Failed deliveries: GLS and UPS will attempt up to two deliveries. They may then drop it off at a drop-off point (Parcel Shop) where you'll need to collect it.

If the order ultimately cannot be delivered and is returned to the sender, we will process your refund once we receive it at our warehouse . Unfortunately, we cannot reship the order .

Shipping and Deliveries

Standard Domestic Shipping:

Approximate delivery times are usually 2-3 business days.

If your order is less than €100, shipping will be €4.50. If your order is over €100, shipping will be free!

We offer local shipping , so you can receive it within 24 hours! 🚀 (You must place your order before 2:00 PM for delivery by 2:00 PM the next day.)

> In rare cases, delays may occur due to holidays or external causes. For example, on Black Friday, orders may take longer than usual.

Can I use more than one discount?

If you're one of the lucky ones who got one of our discounts, don't hesitate to take advantage of it as soon as possible; some codes have a time limit.

You must enter the code during the final purchase process, before issuing payment.

However, remember that you can't use more than one code at a time, and they can't be used on discounted products.

We will not be able to apply discounts if your order has already been placed.
